Read-only access to published projects
When the engineering team publishes a project, the client portal automatically grants the client organisation a read-only view — map, files, and exports.
Network-wide KPIs, a coverage map of every road in the project, and deliverables progress broken down by surface type.
From the dashboard, jump into the Workbench to triage survey gaps, sort the project breakdown, and generate the QA, CID, and FWD deliverables.
Published-only access
Clients see only what the engineering org has explicitly approved and published. Drafts, rejected exports, and internal notes stay internal.
Map + downloads
Same map / chainage / frame view as the engineering portal — but read-only. Download approved exports in any of the supported formats.
No upload, no edit, no API surface
Client accounts have zero write privileges. They cannot upload data, modify projects, or invite users. Reduced surface area is the feature.
Per-project sharing
A client can be granted access to one project, several, or every project the org has published for them. Granted and revoked from the engineering portal.
Full audit trail
Administrative actions and export downloads are logged with user, time and IP address, kept for 90 days.
Same sign-in, client-scoped access
Clients sign in through the same authentication service with the read-only Client role. They see only the projects published to them and none of the engineering or admin tools.
